Naming Rights
Naming rights of major events such as our Latrobe City-Win Network Pro Am, and season long competitions such as our Italian-Australian Club Fantasy League and Butter Factory seasonal events, providing considerable advertising exposure.
Traralgon Golf Club is an affordable and effective community based organisation primarily because of the substantial support from its army of volunteers, generous donors, dedicated staff and the considerable support of over 130 sponsors. This is typical most successful country sporting clubs.
The support of sponsors has allowed our club to significantly improve our facilities and grow our
membership, green fee players and users of our clubhouse, thus providing increased exposure to our sponsors and their products and services.
A range of advertising sponsorship options are available ranging in price from a few hundred dollars per year to a few thousand dollars per year. Options include:

Sponsorship of championships, monthly events, weekly events and other special events.
Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Sponsorship of our two day Pro Am and Classic.
This Pro Am showcases emerging talent and players who have competed on the world tours (Greg Norman won the Traralgon Pro Classic on two occasions before he became famous and before we switched to the Pro Am format). Our packages provide for a range of advertising exposures and benefits and cost from about $800 (Bronze) to $3500 (Platinum) (cost for last Pro Am subject to change).
Permanent advertising signs on the course with year-round exposure and a cost to suit most budgets, with cost based on sign size ranging from $418 pa (small 1.2mx0.3m) to $814 pa (large 2.4mx1.2m).
All sponsors receive additional exposure. All sponsors are mentioned in our newsletter, have a page on our in-house rolling screen, are listed on our webpage, also listed in our annual report and receive Facebook exposure on joining. All members are continually encouraged to support our sponsors.
All sponsorship packages come with either green fee passes or discount on a golfing membership.
Pro Am sponsorship also provides free spots in the Pro Am field and for some packages provides free use of our course and or clubhouse for a corporate function.
